Sellers who are builders or project marketing companies should proceed to the sub-menu below “Become a Seller” headed “Submit Property for Listing” after they have agreed to the Listing fees noted on assquire.com.au for builders and project marketing companies. Assquire investors are your buyers too, with settlement broadly on conventional terms.
All sellers must be seeking conventional sales to Assquire investors, not longer term settlement sales and leases to MA buyers (where the seller must be accepted as an Assquire investor first).
