Registrants will be wishing to undergo training in the Assquire system, so that you can professionally and independently advise your clients on how to access the features and benefits of either Assquire investing or Mortgage Alternative home buying, or of assisting your vendor clients to list their property on BuyOrInvest.com.au to access this unique new, wider channel of buyers of residential real estate.

There is no cost to the Assquire training.

Real Estate Agency and Agent Information
This form is to be completed only by Australian licensed real estate agencies and is for registering your details so that we can send you information on how to obtain a Real Estate Assquire Licence (REAL) for your agency or franchise and a Real Estate Identification Number (REIN) for your Assquire trained real estate agents or sales representatives. This form is not for Builders, Financial Planners, Mortgage Brokers, Legal Advisers or Accountants or other independent advisers. See separate form under "Partner log in" menu for each of these groups in the Assquire system local advisory hub.
Why We Need This
This is an important part of our quality control process. It must be completed before Haigslea Residential Limited (HRL) can refer Assquire investors' and MA home buyers' enquiries to you as new business.
Long term property management role for Assquire agencies
Once we have this information, taking these referrals will be quicker and easier in future, using your REAL ID and REIN and allow our customers to be linked in our database to your customers.
