- have received your solicitor's certificate.

2. Offers to purchase submitted on homes on buyorinvest.com.au/investors or any other website will not be able to be submitted until such time as there is an Assquire investor. We still encourage you to submit these offers, as your offer may well expedite an Assquire investor buying that property.

Prior to completion and submission of an Offer to Purchase, the Mortgage Alternative Buyer (MA Buyer) must have completed an MA Buyer application (https://assquire.com.au/bap/), been credit assessed, have received an Indicative Purchase Ability Letter (IPAL) and been provided a MA Buyer ID No, and a IPAL Reference No. Please complete the below information which will be used to submit your offer and, if accepted by the Assquire investor seller, prepare the contract and associated documentation.
