Prior to completion and submission of an Offer to Purchase, the Mortgage Alternative Buyer (MA Buyer) must have completed an MA Buyer application (https://assquire.com.au/bap/), been credit assessed, have received an Indicative Purchase Ability Letter (IPAL) and been provided a MA Buyer ID No, and a IPAL Reference No.
